Strummin’ with the Devil: The Southern Side of Van Halen is a tribute album released in June of 2006. It features artists including David Lee Roth performing covers of Van Halen songs of the Roth era, done in bluegrass style music. The album went unnoticed for most Van Halen fans, that was until the Van Halen brothers started mentioning it and even listen to it while backstage before their shows. If you missed hearing it when it came out, or if this is a new thing, check out Bluegrass/versions of Van Halen.
